That’s why we created the Mentoring for Success Program: to ensure you feel supported, connected, and confident as you transition into your role.

Through one-to-one mentoring relationships, you’ll be paired with an experienced Parkland APP who will guide you as you learn the ropes, navigate the organization, and build the skills you need to thrive. Your mentor will be there to answer questions, share tips, and help you feel at home as you grow into your role.
