The APP Onboarding Program pairs new Advanced Practice Providers with experienced Parkland APPs to ensure you feel supported, connected, and confident as you transition into your role. Through one-to-one mentoring, your mentor will help you learn the ropes, navigate the organization, and build the skills you need to thrive. They’ll be there to answer questions, share insights, and help you feel at home from day one.

Mentor

Mentors are professionals who guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees. Although Mentors can be an expert in an area they may desire mentoring in another area and CAN enroll as a Mentee too by selecting "Mentor and Mentee' option below.
