Services include career and education planning, connecting to internal resources, skills gap analysis, and more. This service is available to all Parkland employees. What is a Career Navigator?
Career Navigators support employee mobility through one-on-one consultations. Navigators provide guidance in expanding your network, furthering your education, and the career development skills needed to explore potential mobility within Parkland. Additionally, Career Navigators can direct you to WorkLife experts in community resources and personal support to help find solutions to life’s difficult challenges.
